Cary’s experience spans hospital social work, correctional behavioral health, psychosocial rehabilitation, neonatal intensive care, discharge planning, patient and family support, interdisciplinary collaboration, and community-resource coordination. She has worked alongside physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, pharmacy teams, government agencies, corrections personnel, insurers, and outside providers, giving her a practical understanding of the communication gaps and fragmented workflows that disrupt continuity of care.
Through Sensus Health, she is applying that experience to assisted living and to the implementation of Care Haven, bringing patient care, facility systems, clinical and operational workflows, and family engagement into a more connected environment, while preserving the human relationships at the center of care.
